Victoria's Secret - New Store Opening in London !!

On 29th of August I had the pleasure to participate in a beautiful event which was the glorious opening of Victoria's Secret store in London!! The shop is amazing and ...HUGE!! 

 As part of the opening day the original VS Angel's costumes and wings were on exhibit so I was unable to  take pictures on the shop floor. However, the store is beautiful and the lingerie speachless ...  So I will leave it up to you to pop over to New Bond Street and check it out I had to (!)

Of course I could not help but treated myself with some cute pieces :)

FESTIVAL FEVER: What to wear for the UK festivals top street style looks:

So the Festival Obsessions continue ... with Reading and Leeds starting today, seeing my morning train filled with backpacks and tents has put me in a festive spirit.Yes indeed .. I am yet to experience the whole 'outdoorsy' spirit; of no loos and classification of wipes as a form of personal hygiene ..but all in good time.Anyhow.. using images found online I complied an
 'inspirations / street style'mood board to show you, of lets just say not
so 'subtle' yearly recurrences of  'Festival Looks' : ( but done in the right way):

A wiec festiwalowa obsesja trwa ... siedzac w porannym pociagu w towarzystwie pasazerow z plecakami i namiotami ktorzy wlasnie rozpoczeli swoja przygode "zarazilam sie " duchem festiwali. Poki co nie mialam jeszcze okazji doswiadczyc prawdziwego kilku dniowego wyjazdu podczas,ktorego wilgotne chusteczki licza sie sposobem dbania o higiene ...no ale wszystko w swoim czasie. Moje wyobrazenia o tak bardzo uwielbianych w Wielkiej Brytanii festiwalach chcialabym wyrazic na blogu poprzez zebrane inspiracje oraz "streetstyle" , ktore uporzadkowalam dla was tematycznie. Zestaw ubran na festiwal nie musi ograniczac sie do szortow, skorzanej kurtki, Hunterow:)

Key colour: WHITE . Not so practical on those muddy fields yet undoubtedly simple to throw on.

Look of the Day : ISTANBUL - TOPKAPI

Hello , Today I wanted to show you one of the most breath taking places i have seen in a while .. the Topkapi Palace. The overwhelm of mosaics balanced with print in a mix of blues / cremes and gold were subtle yet perfectly fitting to the out look if the surroundings. An oasis of sorts.

Thursday Afternoon: Greenwich Market - Olympics 2012

In the spirit of the Olympics I decided to venture out (which I though would be a long journey ) to Greenwich which quickly become apparent that its a quick London Bridge - South eastern 8min journey away, so within 20 min of leaving the house we found ourselves on the Streets of Greenwich High Road amongst the Olypic attendeeds and spirits flying high.

The Market : although not the biggest in comparison to the likes of Istanbul or more loclay Spitafileds, brings something unique, with a variety of stalls mostly owned/ designed by the venderaous there is a real atmosphere of creativity, with cuff bracelets made out of Redbull cans or rings from 2pence coins... the ideas are endless.
